The 2025-2026 Multi-Facility Corporate Compensation Report, just published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS), reported a salary increase of 3.29% in 2025 for home health/hospice corporate executives. This represents a continued decrease from the 2024 salary increase rate of 3.33% and the 2023 increase of 3.72%. The Report covers corporate compensation of top executives with oversight of multiple agencies, statewide or nationally, as well as larger revenue single site home health/hospice agencies, such as VNA’s, whose total revenue is greater than $20 million.

In a national comparison by revenue size, home health/hospice Top Financial Executive base salaries ranged from $180,522 in organizations with revenue up to $39.9 million; $238,689 for those with revenue between $40 million – $99.9 million; and $332,389 for those with revenue $100+ million. Data reported reflect the national 50th percentile of salary.
