Top HR Executive pay ranged from an average of $237,851 in hospital systems with less than $1 billion in annual revenue to $415,816 in systems with greater than $3 billion in revenue.  Comparatively, in long-term care systems, pay ranged from $143,919 in systems with less than $100 million in revenue to $333,500 in those with greater than $1 billion in revenue.  In larger home health/hospice agencies whose revenue was less than $50,000,000 the average salary was $115,298, compared to $240,493 for those with multiple sites whose revenue was greater than $200,000,000.
