CCRC Nursing Staff Rates Continue to Increase in 2024
Nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) saw another year of sizeable rate increases, according to the 2024-2025 CCRC Salary & Benefits Report. The national study is published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS).
2024 HCS Behavioral Health Study Results
The 8th annual Behavioral Health Salary & Benefits Report, published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS), is now available. A comparison of the 2023 and 2024 Reports showed national hourly rates for Mental Health Clinicians (LSW or LCSW) increased 10.39%.
Hourly Rates for ALF Nursing/Personal Care Staff Increased 5-6% in 2023
Oakland, NJ, January 2024 – Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), RNs, LPNs, Medication Aides, and Resident Assistants (RAs) in Assisted Living Communities received, on average, a 5-6% hourly rate increase in 2023, according to the 26th annual Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Report. The Report, published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS), is conducted in cooperation with LeadingAge and supported by the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL).
Hospice RNs Receive 4.58% Hourly Increase in 2023
Oakland, NJ, November 2023 – The national average hourly rate for Hospice RNs increased 4.58% in 2023, according to the just released 2023-2024 Hospice Salary & Benefits Report, down slightly from the 5.95% increase seen in 2022. The Report is published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) in cooperation with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC).
Home Health RNs Receive 3.88% Hourly Rate Increase in 2023
Oakland, NJ, November 2023 – The national average hourly rate for RNs in home health agencies increased 3.88% in 2023, according to the 2023-2024 Home Care Salary & Benefits Report, just released by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS). Hourly rate increase data represents the trend data percent increase from participants who submitted data for both the prior/current years’ study.
LTC Physical Therapists Receive Highest Hourly Increases in 2023
September 2023 – The recently published HCS Rehabilitation Salary & Benefits Report shows Physical Therapists (PTs) in long-term care facilities received higher pay increases in 2023 compared to PTs in hospitals and home health agencies. Staff Level PTs in long-term care facilities received an actual percent increase in pay of 3.70%, hospital PTs received an increase of 3.49%; and home health agency PTs received an increase of 3.23%.
